Is the user that's having a problem in the same building or room as your other users? Or is the user that's having problems in a completely different location?īecause when no FTP connections can be made at all, and the Mac OS X firewall is not enabled (which it isn't for this user) on the evidence, the cause of such a problem is almost always that there's something external to the user's Mac that is blocking their FTP connections I do not think the problem is with Fetch or the Mac OS X upgrade or settings in Mac OS X.
